Best Western New Orleans East Hotel, New Orleans

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, not too far from the bustling city areas yet quiet when needed. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with issues like a lack of soap and towels, roaches, and an unpleasant smell. The service, on the other hand, was excellent, with the staff being helpful despite some hiccups at the front desk. The dining experience had its ups and downs, as the free option was not satisfactory, though early check-in made up for it.

The hotel is conveniently located near New Orleans Bourbon Street, making it easy to access the downtown area without the extra costs. While the hotel and rooms were nicely updated, some areas appeared a bit dark and could benefit from improvements. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.
